Private Sessions

A typical Private session is roughly 80% reformer and mat work, and 20% systems. The “systems” are exercises on the other apparatus. They are tailored for your body’s needs on that day. This type of workout is well rounded, and is ideal when a client comes in regularly once or twice a week or is just starting. When a person is able to come in more frequently or has reached a certain level there is so much we can do to vary your workouts. Pilates is a system of over 600 exercises! You should never get bored. Here are some of the benefits of Pilates.
